Artist
In a world of such uncertainty, I find drawing and painting to be tools in which I can express myself, imagination and the world around me. My interest in exploring imaginative states of being and seeing often results in images that morph between abstraction and figuration. My paintings are inspired by my everyday surroundings, observations and gathered source materials which form their own visual coherence. I tend to start with a reference, idea or interpretation and work from my intuition.
